With a background in political organizing, campaign management, and mental health counseling, Damon brings a people-centered approach to high-pressure campaign environments. Since entering politics in 2020, he has successfully managed races in Ohio, Virginia, and New York—including DCCC Frontline Congressional campaigns and competitive state legislative contests.
